CAFA is seeking a part-time Administrative and Financial Assistant (20 hours/week) to support the smooth running of our internal operations. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial systems, strengthening administrative processes, and ensuring solid operational coordination across our programs and partnerships.
The Administrative and Financial Assistant will work closely with CAFA’s Executive Director and with UDEM’s administrative team to:
- Maintain and update financial records
- Track expenses and support financial reporting
- Organize and document internal meetings
- Maintain membership lists and contact databases
- Ensure shared files and institutional memory systems are well organized
- Support administrative processes related to service providers, fellowships and basic event logistics
Required qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative/financial experience
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial organization
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Spanish; English
Contract: 20 hours/week, USD 900/month. Location flexible. Fixed term contract
